Which documents accompany every shipment?
A certificate of analysis, a phytosanitary certificate and a certificate of origin travel with the shipment, and microbiological reports are available for each batch on request.
Can I request a certificate of analysis for a specific batch?
Yes. The certificate of analysis is issued per production batch, so you can request the certificate for any batch you have received or are ordering through the contact page.
Can a shipment be traced back to its production batch?
Yes. Shipment documents are issued at batch level, so any question after delivery can be tied back to the specific batch and its paperwork.
Are additional analyses available for the essential oils line?
Yes. For the oils and aromatics line, a GC analysis is available per batch on request, alongside the certificate of analysis and the microbiological reports.
