This page describes what ffdegypt.com collects, why, and how it is handled. The site is operated by FRESH.FROZEN.DRY (FFD), an Egyptian food exporter. Last updated August 2026.
What we collect
If you send an inquiry, we receive what you enter in the form: name, company, email address, product interest and message, plus your inquiry list if you built one.
With each submission we record its context: the site language, the page the inquiry was sent from, the referring page, and campaign tags if your visit arrived through a link that carried them.
How we use it
Inquiry details are used to answer you and to follow up on the potential deal. Submission context is used to understand which pages and campaigns produce real inquiries. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Inquiries are stored in a database on our hosting provider's infrastructure (Cloudflare) and are accessible to the FFD team and the service providers that operate the site. Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any business relationship that follows.
Cookies and analytics
The inquiry list you build while browsing is saved in your own browser's storage and reaches us only when you submit the form.
The site measures page views and basic interaction events, such as a submitted inquiry or a click on the email link, to understand which pages are useful. It does not set advertising cookies.
