How are Egyptian strawberries packed for export?
Fresh strawberries are packed in 250 g and 500 g punnets and in 2.5 kg and 5 kg cartons. They hold a firm texture and uniform size, with a shelf life of 5 to 10 days.
Which mango varieties do you export?
Six Egyptian mango varieties: Keitt, Kent, Naomi, Tommy Atkins, Zebda and Owais. They pack in 4 kg, 5 kg and 10 kg cartons and keep for up to 4 weeks.
Can you supply Egyptian oranges to importers and distributors?
Yes. Egyptian oranges with high juice content and balanced sweetness and acidity, packed in 10 kg and 15 kg cartons, open-top and telescopic cartons and plastic crates. Mandarins and lemons are available alongside.
Which grape varieties are available?
Five varieties: Flame Seedless, Early Sweet, Superior Seedless, Crimson Seedless and Red Globe, with firm berries and good sugar content. Packing runs from 4.5 kg to 8.2 kg cartons plus clamshell retail packs.
Do you export fresh dates as well as dried?
Yes. Fresh Egyptian dates in Medjool, Barhi, Siwi and Zaghloul varieties, packed from 1 kg retail packs up to 10 kg cartons, with a shelf life of up to 3 months. The dried and dates page covers wholesale Medjool and semi-dry dates.
Which documents come with a fruit shipment?
A certificate of analysis per batch, a phytosanitary certificate and a certificate of origin. Microbiological test reports are available on request for any batch.
